David Shaggy is the sole owner of DS Enterprise, LLC, which includes its subsidiary Contraria Development©. Mr. Shaggy is well established and experienced in real estate development, business management and as a family office advisor. He has broad knowledge in the real estate industry includes site selection, land entitlements, asset management, analytical services, financial modeling/management, asset underwriting and team collaboration, which are critical to achieve value add results.
In addition to his focus on the real estate market, Mr. Shaggy has provided consulting services for new groups entering a market and existing businesses contemplating reorganization. He has also provided guidance to professionals employed by family offices on modifications to their configuration and how the families interact in a complex business environment to meet goals and increase profitability.
His experience covers a broad range of market activities including sports, business, marketing and real estate, enables him to offer insight on individual subjects or multipurpose ventures. He has served dynamic roles in establishing policies for management, the creation of youth development programs and other projects integral to the success of the company network.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shaggy has had the privilege to serve as director/trustee on several boards within the family office industry, associations, private schools and real estate communities. Mr. Shaggy has long been involved in youth soccer with his children and resides in Coral Springs with his wife and Daughter where he remains active in the youth travel soccer league, various charities, boards, schools and organizations.
