David A. Shaggy is the sole owner of DS Enterprise, LLC, which includes its subsidiary Contraria Development© and is the managing member of SOCR Ventures, LLC and SOCR Ventures II, LLC. Mr. Shaggy is well established and experienced in real estate development, business management and as a family office advisor. His expertise in the real estate industry includes site selection, asset management, analytical services and financial management to achieve value add results.
In addition, Mr. Shaggy has provided consulting services for new groups entering a market and existing businesses contemplating reorganization. He also provided guidance to professionals employed by family offices on modifications to their configuration and how the families interact in a complex business environment to meet goals and increase profitability.
His experience also includes a role as Chief Financial Officer and partial owner of a semi-professional soccer team within the premier development league and the United Soccer League. He served an integral role for the group in establishing policies for management, the creation of youth development programs and other projects integral to the success of the company network.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shaggy has had the privilege to serve as director/trustee on several boards within the family office industry, associations, private schools and real estate communities. Mr. Shaggy resides in Coral Springs with his wife and two children where he is involved in the youth travel soccer league, various charities, boards, schools and organizations.
